    Account Manager

At Fintegrate, we’re committed to delivering monthly updates driven by your feedback, ensuring our platform evolves to meet your needs. Our mission remains steadfast: to provide next-generation technology that saves you time, so you can focus on what truly matters – your clients.

In this series, we’ll keep you informed about our latest releases, including explanations, user guides, and videos for more complex features. We hope you find these updates valuable and would love to hear your thoughts!

    What’s New at Fintegrate?

    Rebalance History in Review

You can now add portfolio rebalance history to existing policies in the Review tool.

This shows exactly how a client’s portfolio has drifted and been rebalanced over time, so the existing position you present reflects what the client has actually held.

Build Custom Portfolios from your Custom Portfolios

You can now build a custom portfolio using other custom portfolios from your CIP. Instead of rebuilding from scratch and reallocating every fund and weighting, simply select the portfolios you want and set their allocation. Portfolios with or without rebalance history can be used, and that history carries through into the new portfolio.

Top tip: if you already have custom portfolios in your analysis, use the “Pull from selection” button to bring them all across in one go, then simply allocate their weightings.

    Initial Advice Charge Toggle

You can now show total adviser charges by toggling on the initial advice charge in the recommended and summary pages of a Review case.

When downloading the report, you can choose whether to include these charges, giving clients a complete view of what they pay in the summary charges table and making comparisons clearer.

    Dividend by Annum Filter

The fund filter now includes dividends per annum within fund characteristics, with options of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12, 24, 52, 365 or irregular.

This makes it quicker to find funds that pay income at the frequency your client needs, which is particularly helpful for clients relying on a regular income.

CIP Platform Charges in Existing Policies

Platform charges set up in your CIP can now be applied to existing policies in Review cases and to the RIY calculator, so there is no need to calculate or rekey them manually. Simply click the arrow icon next to the platform charge section to select the right charges for your case.

Charges can also be grouped. By default, all charges are combined, but grouping lets you set up separate sets of charges and choose the one that applies, such as a fixed a tiered charge. This gives a more accurate representation of what your client actually pays and avoids overstating costs where only one charging structure applies.

    Share Analysis across the firm

Analysis not saved against a client now has a “Share across firm” toggle, giving colleagues visibility of useful comparisons and reducing duplicated work. You will find the toggle in the pop-up when you click Save analysis.

    SONIA Benchmark added

SONIA (Sterling Overnight Index Average) is now available as a benchmark, giving you a cash-based reference point to show clients how a portfolio has performed relative to cash.

Introducing our new Reduction in Yield Calculator

    Fintegrate

Consumer Duty asks firms to evidence that clients understand the cost of their investments, not just receive a disclosure document. For most clients, a cost percentage on a page means very little. What actually lands is a number: what this is costing me, in pounds, by the time I retire.
